An office relocation provided the perfect opportunity for an advertising agency to create a fresh and vibrant environment for its workforce in Crawley.

The agency wanted to create a bright and agile workspace and tasked our dealer partner Collaborate with delivering the project.

The new space features 114 of our Fira Gold Bench desking, along with colourful soft seating, tables and sofa booths. A simple move of introducing lockers in three different colours contributed to creating a vibrant, light atmosphere.

In addition to encouraging engagement in the new office workspaces, the agency also brought in a pool table and table tennis for staff. 

Like many modern employers, the agency was keen to promote staff wellbeing by creating an environment which promotes flexibility, comfort and fun as well as practicality.

Collaborate's partners were “thrilled” with the result, and particularly pleased that staff are already using the various spaces in exactly the way they had hoped.
